Shipping Policy

DAZIA ships worldwide from our studio in India. We partner with ShipGlobal and their network of premium international couriers to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and efficiently, no matter where you are located.

Processing Time

We require 2 business days to process, pack, and prepare your order for international dispatch.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

  • Destination: USA, Australia, Europe, Asia, and other international regions.

  • Carrier: ShipGlobal (and local last-mile partners).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to international customs processing, severe weather, or local postal strikes. DAZIA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control that extend the delivery window.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs

We offer a hassle-free delivery experience.
For most standard international orders, duties and taxes are pre-paid or included by DAZIA. You should not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

  • USA: Orders under $800 are generally duty-free.

  • Other Regions: We aim to ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever possible so you do not have to pay extra fees at the door.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

DAZIA is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products during shipping.

  • Delivered Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local building management. DAZIA is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • Claims: Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier/ShipGlobal.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We start working on your order immediately to ensure fast processing.

  • Modifications: We are unable to make any changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed.

  • Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
