Refund Policy

At DAZIA, we deeply value our customers and want you to cherish your purchases without the worry of being stuck with something that doesn’t meet your expectations. We understand the challenges of online shopping, and we're committed to providing exceptional service to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

DAZIA offers a 30-day return, refund, exchange, and replacement policy starting from the date of delivery.

All returns are subject to inspection and must comply with the conditions mentioned below:

  • Return Period: Returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements can be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Product: All items must be in their original packaging, including DAZIA boxes, envelopes, and certificates.
  • Inspection: DAZIA reserves the right to verify the condition of returned products before processing any refund or exchange.

Refund Scenarios

  • Unopened Package (100% Refund):
    If the customer has not opened the package and the item remains sealed and bubble-wrapped, they are eligible for a 100% refund of the returned item value.
  • Used or Opened Jewellery (Partial Refund + Coupon):

    1. If the jewellery has been opened or used, DAZIA will process a 70% refund of the returned item value, as per the customer’s choice, to their bank account using the bank account details, UPI ID, or UPI QR Code.

    2. In addition, the customer will receive a DAZIA coupon code worth 30% of the order value, redeemable on future purchases.
  • Refund Timeline:
    Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item passes the quality inspection.
  • Return Assistance:
    For any queries or to initiate a return, please reach out to us at care@dazia.in.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please note that there may be some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (7 days is typical). If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at care@dazia.in so we can investigate further.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at care@dazia.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
